AI File Viewer: Illustrator 1.1.3.3 Release Notes
AI File Viewer: Illustrator version 1.1.3.3 is rolling out on Android with practical improvements to Mark up, cleaner title headers, and better layout scaling on compact displays. Following the 1.1.3.2 release notes, this update focuses on everyday usability when reviewing vector graphics and design files on your phone.
One-tap pin notes and typing boundaries
Pin notes now have a dedicated shortcut in the top bar. You can tap the pin note icon to add a comment directly onto your artwork in a single step.
While you type, pin notes stay inside the visible page area.
Cleaner top bar and complete file titles
Long file names can get cut off when several buttons crowd the top bar. In version 1.1.3.3, Copy, Share, and Save actions in Mark up have moved into the overflow (⋮) menu.
Moving these secondary actions gives more room to the document header, so you can see your complete file title at a glance. All three actions work the same way as before, with the same options to export or send your file.
Automatic text adjustment for small screens
Reading design information should feel comfortable on any screen size. In this release, text sizes across toolbars and dialogs adjust automatically to fit smaller screens or Android displays set to larger font sizes.
A few messages are also shorter. This helps keep key instructions readable without taking up valuable space on your screen.
Free and Plus access for Mark up
AI File Viewer: Illustrator includes three free trials for the Mark up toolset, which includes pen drawing, shapes, text, highlighter, and pin notes. After these three free uses, Mark up tools require a Plus upgrade.
If you have already used your three free trials, AI File Viewer: Illustrator now displays the Plus information screen as soon as you open Mark up.
